    • We can work on a performance based model for SEO, but this requires a 15’000 CHF/language/website/year retainer, based on 20 keywords to place your website against on the top of Google. These contracts are custom based so contact us for knowing more about it.
  • What the costs are different from others providers?

    We are based in Switzerland where it  involves a different set of costs compared to others countries. We also focused our efforts in building a powerful capability for aligning and streamlining efforts giving you less headaches for project management.   • Do you have offices in my location?

    We are an Internet company based in Morges, VD. Our orders are delivered via email. You can place your order at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • How do you keep my information secure?

    We know that your data are sensitive and this is why we use Kumo.link, a private service for files sharing with privacy measures embedded. All your files are hosted on Mavenlink.com, a project management software helping streamline all jobs.

  • How does the translation process work?

    Once contacted for a job, we give you a final quote under 24h based on the document you sent to us. We can sign a NDA when required for privacy. If the quote is accepted and signed, we start and ensure the deadline on the quote under 5’000 CHF. Above 5’000 CHF, we establish a proper contract with specific conditions applied to your project, with a dedicated account manager. All projects are run with an agile approach, by sprint blocks of 1 or 2 weeks.

  • Can you handle large amount of translations?

    Yes we can by activating our clusters of translators all around us. We can project manage a team of 20+ translators in parallel which can provide a descent production pipeline for most organisations. If you need more, please contact us.

  • Are you a certified agency for official translations?

    No we are not and this is not our goal. Our focus is on business only and not for individuals, neither legal documents. We do only business translations.

  • How do you ensure quality?
    • Pupsic is very selective and accept less than 20% of the translators that apply.
    • Each partner has successfully completed an extensive screening process based on risk management matrix we worked on with Kainjoo Consulting Group. Our partners have been tested in their specific language pair, through multiple choice tests, free answer tests, and by performing certified translations in a timed environment.
    • We work with people with 8+ experience in their language or expertise field, hence ensuring a higher level of execution
  • How do you translate so quickly?
